Swimming at the pool

One of Brayden's favorite parts of the SA trip was the pool. It was just his size and he never wanted to get out. It looks like we will have a fun summer in the pool ahead of us.

San Antonio Vacation

We took a trip to San Antonio for the weekend with friends. We hit the Children's museum on Friday, Sea world on Sat. and the wildlife reserve on Sunday. Brayden loved every minute of it and cried when it was time to go home. Sea World 2007

Krause Springs

We drove out to Krause Springs, near Spicewood, for a day of swimming. I thought it may take Brayden a while to get his swimming legs back under him this year but it turns out he is a pro already. We had a great time lounging by the rocks and waterfalls.

We had our annual Strollerfit Easter egg hunt again this year and Brayden was much better at hunting for eggs. He still liked eating all the candy best.

Another rodeo day

We spent another weekend at the rodeo but this one proved to be more fun for Brayden. He rode the pony and tried on lots of cowboy hats!riding the pony - he didn't want to get off.

Rodeo 2007

We took Brayden to the Austin rodeo again this year. He wanted to ride all of the carnival rides, which of course he was too little to ride (thank God). He is a little dare devil, I think he gets it from his dad. Here are some pictures from our outing.

Brayden's 2nd birthday

I can't believe he is turning 2! He has definitely turned into a little man somewhere along the way. We celebrated by inviting some of his friends over for a little birthday fun and lucked out - the weather was perfect. Brayden of course had a blast.

Ice Storm 2007

We are stuck in the house for "Ice Storm 2007". We haven't left for 2 days and it is starting to get a bit boring here. Here are some pictures of what we have been doing to pass the time as well as some of the snow in our yard. It isn't enough to make a snowman, but still cool.

We finally put Brayden in a big boy chair, which just means a booster seat without the tray but he was excited about it. Brayden got to help pick it out at Target. Here is a picture of how happy he was at dinner that night.
