Brett and Crystal's b-day at the lake

We went to Crissy's lake house for Brett and Crystal's birthday celebration this weekend. Brayden had a blast swimming the in lake. The weather turned out perfectly at the lake, even though it was raining cats and dogs in Austin.

Round Rock Baseball

Sprinkler Park

We took Brayden to the Sprinkler Park in Cedar Park today to play. He had a great time splashing in the water.

Concan 2007

We took our annual trip to Concan, TX this year. The Frio river was up from all the rain which made for a nice kayak trip down the river. The trip was a little different this year since 4 of the 6 girls were pregnant. Kimi, Carrie and I are all expecting boys later this summer and Michelle is due in January. We had a great time, Brayden loved the kayak and swimming in the river.roasting smores

Port Aransas

We took a family trip to Port Aransas so that Brayden could finally see the beach we have been talking about. It's not the prettiest beach we could find but it had sand so he loved it. We spent a lot of time at the pool with Chance and Cole and a little time at the seaweed covered beach.

Wildlife Reserve

On the way home on Sunday we drove through the wildlife reserve. It was so neat to be so close to the wild animals yet safe in our car. Brayden got a kick out of feeding the zebras. Swimming at the pool

One of Brayden's favorite parts of the SA trip was the pool. It was just his size and he never wanted to get out. It looks like we will have a fun summer in the pool ahead of us.

San Antonio Vacation

We took a trip to San Antonio for the weekend with friends. We hit the Children's museum on Friday, Sea world on Sat. and the wildlife reserve on Sunday. Brayden loved every minute of it and cried when it was time to go home. Sea World 2007

Krause Springs

We drove out to Krause Springs, near Spicewood, for a day of swimming. I thought it may take Brayden a while to get his swimming legs back under him this year but it turns out he is a pro already. We had a great time lounging by the rocks and waterfalls.

We had our annual Strollerfit Easter egg hunt again this year and Brayden was much better at hunting for eggs. He still liked eating all the candy best.
