Easter 2008

Easter was pretty fun this year. We didn't do anything special just hunted eggs in the living room on Easter morning. Cody is still trying to sit up. He can do it for a short time by himself but then topples over pretty fast. The Easter bunny was really good to the kids this year and brought lots of fun toys. It is amazing when you are a kid just how many holidays require presents. Here are some fun pictures of the kids on Easter morning.

Houston Rodeo

We went to the Houston rodeo this year with Chance and Cole. We stayed with Mikey on Wed. night and then drove into Houston Thurs. morning. The kids had a BLAST riding on the carnival rides and playing games. The hit had to be the pig races though. They have these pigs that race around a ring and they name them hilarious names, like "Britney SpareRibs, Brad Pigg, Hillary RodHAM Clinton, BaRACK o' ribs Obama and Tony Porker - SA Spurs. It was great to see them race around the ring. They also had a swimming pig, no lie this pig jumps into a trough of water and swims to the other side. It was hilarious, but not as hilarious as the pooping pig that you get when you leave. The pig is a keychain and you squeeze the pig and poop comes out its behind. Brayden of course LOVED this part of the rodeo and talked about it for the next week. I wish I had a picture of the pooping pig but you'll just have to take my word for it.

Dyeing Easter Eggs

Easter was fun this year. Brayden and I dyed 11 eggs this year and put Spiderman tattoos on them. Here is he eating the 12th egg.BeforeAfter, notice all the St. Patty's day tattoos, apparently we are into tattoos these days.Cody woke up and wondered what happened.

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Nani bought the boys some green clothes for St. Patty's Day. We didn't do much to celebrate but we did put some great tattoos on.

Bouncing Chair

So anything Brayden didn't like as a baby, Cody loves. So I had forgotten about this bouncer since Brayden didn't like it much. I think Cody laughed for 10 minutes when I put him in it.

Sea World March 2008

97 degrees in Texas? Yup, time to go to Sea World. We took the boys to sea world to celebrate spring break this week. Brayden had such a blast. His favorite show was the dolphin show because he thought the trapeze girls were like spiderman.
