New House

As most of you know already Bill and I decided to buy a new house. We decided to build a new home in Belterra (a subdivision 7 miles west of where we are currently) because it gave us the best options as far as floorplan. We put our house on the market on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 and we recived 2 offers by that Saturday. One of the offers we couldn't refuse and we accepted it on January the 27th, the very same day we finalized the contract on our new house. There were a ton of emotions involved in selling our house. We have really come to love our neighborhood and all the people on our street and close by. We love our house, it was our first and we made so many wonderful memories in it. We will miss everything about it dearly. But we are looking forward to a new bigger house for our growing family. Plus we already know some of our neighbors in the new place and they are GREAT! There were a couple of minor details I won't bore you with here that made the lease back option on our house not a reality so we packed up all of our stuff and moved to an apartment close to Bill's work. We have a lot of stuff in storage but we are really enjoying the apartment. It is the nicest one I have ever lived in - remember college - this is not like that. So I said all of this so I could post some pictures of what we have been doing since, so here they are.The lot with no work done. We took a trip to the lot one COLD Sunday, here is Brayden all bundled up.
